Robert D. Swackhamer, MD graduated from the University of Nevada Reno School of Medicine, Reno, NV in June 1981. He completed his Internship and Residency at the University of Nevada Affiliated Hospitals in Reno, NV in 1984 and his Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at UCLA School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA in 1989. Dr. Swackhamer is a Diplomate with the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Reno, Nevada.
