I was greeted by reception and was shown an exam room. Dr. Nylk explained to me that she had to check on another patient on dialysis, she would be with me shortly. I saw Dr Nylk within 3 minutes. We discussed my care fully. I left extremely satisfied that she was very invested on my care. She asked if I had any further question or if I needed any explanation from my [ ]. It took 2 minutes to secure my next appointment and My lab orders for the next appointment. I am well taken care of.
