Big YES! Nurse Practioner Jennifer brown was outstanding. She carefully went into my history, reorder all meds., informed me other programs avail to people with my condition, NP Brown was great. She covered all the bases I could have think and many others. I think she showed such a genuine concern for my condition and yes she went over many things but I was telling my sister I will always remember how kind and patient she was with me, it was how she handled the appt. That is so good to remember. It was much like getting help from a good friend. She’s a keeper. I am African-American man, and I have had other doctors who barely took 20 minutes with me, and some would leave without listening to my [ ] and I have [ ], and did not come back to say they were finished/goodbye or did I have any questions—just left. My sister had to ask if doctor was coming back. NP Jennifer Brown treated me so kind and respectful. I hope this helpful. Give NP Brown a raise and promotion!
