He always listens to me and explains things clearly.
His candidacy
Dr. Artz was articulate with us. He was present and available mentally as he got the questions answered for the testing needed to be done. We didn't feel rushed or that we were in a "cattle call".
He listened to a concern I had and will order a test . Handling something that should have been done when I went to the ER and the lady doctor did not do! Awful ER visit in [ ].He seemed genuinely concerned and interested in finding out what may have happened if we can after all this time. Actually 3 doctors I have seen and discussed a certain matter with all seemed shocked that [ ] did not do what they should have!
