Dr Rao immediately put us at ease with my daughter’s condition and her confidence in her treatment being successful. She spent a good amount of time with us, did not make us feel like she needed to rush out and answered all of our questions. She also helped devise a plan for further treatment and monitoring when my daughter goes to college.

My daughter is NOT good at getting her [ ], and the team in Dr Rao's office handled it with patience and grace. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and safe and put my daughter at ease (which is virtually impossible in this situation). Shelby was extremely kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating to my family while we were there. And Gloria at the front desk was also lovely to work with; she made the check in process fast and easy. Dr Rao herself has also gone above and beyond to help my daughter and I understand exactly what is happening and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and much less intimidating than it was presented to us originally in the [ ].

I am not ashamed to admit that I don't understand a lot of medical terms and I don't know much about medications, diagnosis, and so on however, Dr. Rao explains everything ro me in a way I can understand. She doesn't make me feel small or insignificant about me not understanding. Dr. Rao knows that I just want to know every step of what is going on with my son and I appreciate her so much for helping me through this whole process. She also had this wonderful way of making our son feel so comfortable and at ease he would forget that he even had [ ]. Dr. Rao I THE BEST.

DR Rao went out of her way to stay part of my child. Stay with us and speaking with us, making sure he and I was oK I trust her completley. She truly cares
